Join Our Team as a Full-Time Office Manager
Fair Tax Accountant, an established accounting firm based in Belmont, Victoria, is seeking a capable and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- An AQF Diploma or higher qualification in management, business, commerce or a related discipline;
- At least one year of relevant work experience in office management, administration or a similar role;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A professional approach to client service and workplace confidentiality; and
- Confidence using office software, record-management systems and general administrative tools.
Experience working in an accounting firm, financial-services business or other professional-services environment will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily administration and smooth operation of the office;
- Coordinating with client, to maintain smooth workflows and internal procedures;
- Managing client appointments, correspondence and office records;
- Liaising with accountants and support accountants to ensure timely client service;
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment and document-management systems;
- Assisting with staff onboarding, leave records and general personnel administration;
- Identifying opportunities to improve office efficiency and service delivery; and
- Ensuring that administrative practices comply with workplace policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
What we offer:
- A full-time position with a minimum 2-year contract (extendable)
- Competitive annual salary of $78,000 – $ 80,000 (based on skills and experience)
